What do I need in order to log onto the portal?
You will need your e-mail address and a password to log in. If you have not worked via AB Werkt before, please register with your e-mail address. We will then send you a password, which you can change afterwards.

How do I get my password for the portal?
If you have worked via AB Werkt before, click on ‘Wachtwoord vergeten’ (Forgotten password) We will e-mail you a new password.
If you have not worked via AB Werkt before, please register as a new employee. We will then e-mail you a password, which you can change afterwards.

I have not received my password. What should I do now?
Make sure to check your spam or junk inbox! Genuine e-mails often end up in these inboxes. If it isn’t there, please contact our helpdesk.

How does the application process work?
If you have seen a job opening that interests you, please go through the following steps:

  • Click on ‘Ja, ik wil deze baan’ (I want this job).
  • Log in using your login details. If you have not worked for us before, please register as a new employee.
  • After logging in, please fill in the requested information. Fields marked with * cannot be left blank.
  • Once you have entered all the required information, click on ‘Sollicitatie versturen’ (Send application).
  • We will assess your application. If we think you are suitable, we will introduce you to the client.
  • The client will say whether you can start the job or not. You will receive an e-mail from us about this.
  • If you can start the job, you will receive an e-mail asking for additional information such as your bank account number.
  • You will be sent your contract digitally and can also sign it digitally in the portal. The e-mail provides instructions on how to do this.
  • Once you have signed the contract, you can start working and we can pay you your salary.

How do I respond to a job opening?

Can AB Werkt request ‘zorgtoeslag’ (healthcare allowance) for me?
No, AB Werkt cannot apply for healthcare allowance for you. You must do that yourself by contacting the Belastingdienst (Dutch Tax and Customs Administration).  https://www.belastingdienst.nl/wps/wcm/connect/nl/zorgtoeslag/content/hoe-moet-ik-zorgtoeslag-aanvragen

I have a new e-mail address. What should I do?
Please e-mail your new e-mail address to helpdesk-eflex@ab-werkt.nl. We will change this in our system, so that you can log in with your new e-mail address from that moment on.
